Drinking lots of water is the first step to eating right. Keeping the body well hydrated will also keep the body healthy. Having diabetes and high blood glucose will mean dehydration so it is good to drink lots of water. Dizzy spells will also be prevented when you consume at least eight glasses of water a day. Another tip to a proper diet is to have a serving of vegetables and fruits in every meal. Vegetables and fruits contain vitamins and minerals that the body needs. When you eat fruits and vegetables, you would not have to take vitamin supplements. Less on the unhealthy fat should also be considered. Eat healthy food and you are sure to prevent diabetes and dizzy spells.

Exercise Regularly

Exercising daily is a good way to burn the excess calories that you consume when you eat. It also means staying fit and healthy and a good and fun way to prevent diabetes and dizzy spells. Managing your weight is essential if you want to prevent diabetes. Dizziness is also prevented because you are fit and healthy if you exercise regularly. You don’t have to do this every day because the body also needs time to rest.
